Shiatsu is a popular therapy that is beneficial for any stress related issues and supports preventive healthcare.  It can support you on a physical, emotional and psychological level.

Anpuku

Anpuku is Japanese abdominal massage. The word Anpuku means An (to give peace to) puku (the abdomen).

It is an ancient art form that uses flowing massage strokes and acupressure points to work on the abdomen and whole body.

Anpuku can help with

 

  • Supporting Digestion - boosts your microbiome and helps to clear the intestines naturally.

  • Breathing - the treatment gives an effective release to the diaphragm which supports deeper breathing.

  • Nervous System - abdominal massage works directly with the Vagus Nerve to quickly help you become deeply relaxed.

  • Hormone Balancing - better digestion supports hormone production so this treatment is beneficial to receive this treatment if you are peri menopausal or suffering from PMT.
     

You can book Anpuku as a stand alone treatment or request it as part of a shiatsu or massage. Please note - it is best not to receive the treatment when you are menstruating.
