My Story
I have a background in the Arts and Theatre. Whilst completing my Theatre studies at Dartington College of Arts I discovered the Alexander technique which sparked an interest in bodywork. I went on to graduate from City of Bristol College as a Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist in 2011. I worked in a spa and trained in a water based therapy called Watsu.
Watsu is a mixture of Shiatsu and Hydrotherapy and this is where my love for Shiatsu began. I wanted to continue the journey further and completed a 3 year diploma at the Bristol School of Shiatsu. In 2014 I completed an Advanced Clinical Massage training at Jing in Brighton.
After taking time out to grow a family I returned to giving treatments. In 2024 I trained in Acupressure Facial Therapy, Cranial and TMJ work, Oncology Massage and Myofascial Cupping. In 2025 I completed an in depth 6 month training as a Myofascial Release Practitioner at The School of Bodywork.

I am a professional member of the Shiatsu Society and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). I am committed to competing regular CPD to keep my knowledge up to date and to give my clients the best treatments possible.

I have a background working in education and I'm passionate about raising the standards of Massage and Shiatsu in the UK. I work at the School of Bodywork as an Administrator and enjoy working to support the next generation of therapists.
In my free time I enjoy making memories with my family, practicing Qi Gong and being in nature.
